ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Once ordered, an order cannot be changed. We can, however, cancel an order in progress. To request to cancel an order and/or replace it with a new order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that once an order ships, we cannot cancel or recall the order.
After receiving your shipping confirmation e-mail, you can track your package with the number provided to see the status of your delivery. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking updates to show.

STANDARD DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We offer ground shipping for a flat fee of $5.95 within the continental U.S.
We also offer standard 2-day and overnight shipping options. Both are available at checkout.
Most orders ship out within 1-2 business days of ordering pending availability and credit verification. Once your order has shipped, we estimate delivery within 2-6 business days of its ship date. If you need your item(s) sooner, please choose an expedited shipping option at checkout, which is only available within the U.S. Any additional shipping costs paid are non-refundable.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday only. No orders are processed or shipped on the weekends or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery for expedited shipping options.

TAX & DUTY
Unfortunately, your order total does not reflect the duties and taxes that will be charged to you upon delivery by the shipping carrier. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the item(s) ordered, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
REFUSAL OF INTL. PACKAGES
If for any reason your package has been refused at customs, we are unable to refund you the original shipping costs and/or any taxes and duties incurred.
SPEED OF INTL. SHIPMENTS
All orders ship out within 1-2 business days of ordering pending product availability and credit verification. Once your order has shipped we estimate delivery within 4-8 business days of its ship date. Shipping times may vary, but we work hard to get all orders out as quickly as possible. Please note we do not process or ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you love your purchase, please leave a review online for a chance to win a $250 gift card. If you are not completely in love with your purchase, please return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
We accept returns on item(s) in new condition with original tags attached, unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations for a full refund (minus shipping costs). All item(s) being returned must also be accompanied by original packaging including attached hangtag and poly bags.
You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to postmark your item(s) for return. Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment used to make the purchase.
Any item(s) marked final sale are not eligible for refunds or exchange.
RETURNS PAST 14 DAYS
Returns postmarked an additional 7 days outside of the 14 day policy are ineligible for a full refund and a 20% restock fee will be deducted from the refund. Any returns postmarked more than 28 days from the delivery date are ineligible for return and will be shipped back at customer's expense.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.
RETURN SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
- Please fill out and indicate on your invoice received why you are returning an item.
- A pre-paid shipping label has been provided inside your original shipping package. You may use your own return label or use the one provided in your shipment. If you cannot find your pre-paid label please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can email you a replacement label.
- Simply affix the return label to the outside of your package.
- We suggest you retain a record of the tracking number for your future reference. You may also log into your account history to track the package through the pre-paid shipping label.
- You may use the original packaging as it has resealable adhesive tape, however, be sure to black out or cover any old shipping labels that may be on your package.
- Your return package can be dropped off at any authorized shipper location.
- Returns within the United States are a flat fee of $5.95 which will be deducted from your return credit if you choose to use the pre-paid return label provided. Returns from outside of the Uunited States will be deducted $10 from return credit.
- All other orders including international packages are responsible for return shipping.
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be fully processed. Once your return has been processed, please allow an additional 5-10 days for your bank to post the refund to your account. We can only issue credits back to the original form of payment. Once the return has been processed we will send you an email so you know it’s on its way.
